Terms of Work
These terms describe the basic framework for interacting with ecomvision through the website. Specific timing, pricing, scope and rights are agreed separately for each project.
Estimate
A preliminary estimate depends on the completeness of inputs, timing, team composition and technical constraints. Final terms are agreed separately.
Materials
The client is responsible for rights to provided texts, images, logos, data and other materials unless agreed otherwise.
Deliverables
Rights to design, code and other deliverables are transferred in the scope agreed in project documents or written communication.
Timing
Timing depends on approval speed, availability of materials, integrations and feedback. We call out risks and dependencies early.
