Mobile apps

End-to-end mobile app development

We design and develop iOS and Android apps from product hypothesis and UX through APIs, store release and post-launch growth. Native or cross-platform technology follows the product constraints rather than fashion.

Indicative timing

10-20 weeks

Confirmed after agreeing the scope.

What is included

product discovery · UX/UI · iOS and Android · APIs and integrations · store release

Problems we solve

We do not force every product into one template. We identify the real user and business workflow first, then assemble the appropriate scope.

Customer-facing application

For a service, ecommerce or subscription product where users need profiles, orders, payments, notifications and recurring workflows.

Operations application

For employees or contractors who work with tasks, statuses, routes, documents, photos, internal APIs and restricted access.

Mobile MVP

For testing a product on iOS and Android without prematurely maintaining two independent codebases.

What the team actually gets

The scope follows the task, but every artifact has to work inside the product rather than remain a separate presentation.

A working app ready for release and continued growth.

Timeline

10-20 weeks

The scope follows the task, but every artifact has to work inside the product rather than remain a separate presentation.

We validate decisions in the product, not in a deck

Every cycle ends with a visible decision: structure, prototype, working interface or release. No decks that live separately from the product.

Frame the task

We capture the goal, audience, constraints, metrics and technical reality of the project.

Build the system

We design flows, grid, components, content rhythm and visual mechanics.

Engineer and validate

We produce production code, states, responsive behavior, integrations, analytics, QA and performance.

Launch and grow

We watch metrics, close feedback and plan the next improvements.

Estimate

What shapes the cost

The estimate depends on platforms, roles and features, offline behaviour, push notifications, payments, maps and device capabilities, as well as backend services, integrations, security and store requirements. The first release and post-launch support are scoped separately.

Complete the short inquiry: name, contact, format, budget, start timing and task description. If your budget is undecided, choose “need an estimate”. We clarify user journeys, integrations and constraints, then propose the next step.

Frequently asked questions

Concise answers to the questions that affect scope, timeline and the project approach.

Should we choose native or cross-platform development?

The choice depends on functionality, device capabilities, performance requirements, team and roadmap. Cross-platform is not automatically right for every MVP, while native does not always justify two codebases.

Do you publish applications to the stores?

We can prepare builds, assets and the technical release flow, and support the review process. Developer accounts and legal information should belong to the product owner.

Are backend and an admin panel included?

If the product needs its own data and management layer, backend services, APIs and an administrative interface become a separate technical scope estimated together with the application.

Do we need an app, or would a mobile website be enough?

Start with the user’s recurring tasks. A website may be enough to present information and collect enquiries. Camera access, offline work, frequent actions and deep device integration need closer examination. Compare the options alongside maintenance costs and how users will discover the product.

What should be checked before publishing an app?

Agreed journeys on target devices, permissions, authentication and behaviour on an unstable connection. Payments, notifications and offline features also need failure and retry checks. Preparing a release build and receiving store approval are separate steps: the platform makes the publication decision.
