How does post-launch support work?

The format follows the product pace: a fixed backlog, an agreed team allocation or separate release stages. Task criticality and response expectations are agreed before support begins.

Will complex motion and 3D slow the site down?

Every WebGL and motion feature has a device cost. We use quality tiers, deferred loading, mobile limits and reduced-motion fallbacks, but the final result still has to be tested on real pages and devices.
