STAK is an underground rap movement from Moscow: parties, events and a scene of its own, tied to no single venue or artist. We built staktusa.ru for it, with event listings, party photos and services; a panel where the team runs events and photos itself; and a Telegram bot with a Mini App, where guests get tickets and reach support, and artists send in promo and riders.

The movement
Not a venue, a movement
The site speaks in the crowd's voice: lowercase, «свои» (our own), «до рассвета» (till dawn), 18+. The first screen is party footage with «STAK / started as a party among our own», a red ticker runs under it, then the manifesto: «became a movement». On a phone the menu opens full screen and the «tickets» button stays at the bottom.

Events
The latest party is always on top
Dates go into the panel the way people say them: «18 июля / 23:00–06:00 / вход свободный» (18 July / 23:00–06:00 / free entry). The site parses them itself, makes the latest party the big card, lays the rest out as a poster grid and moves the card from next to archive once the night is over. Below is a copy of that logic on the real archive: take events out of the panel or move the date.

Photos
No retouching, as it was
Party photos form a wall: each tile's width follows its photo's proportions, so the rows close up and the photos are barely cropped. Every photo is captioned with its date and party; a tap opens it large, the arrows flip through and Esc closes. Below is a selection of the site's photos with their own captions; the captions stay in Russian, as on the site.

Six services and pitches from our own
Besides the parties, the movement sells its work: the site lists six services with prices, from a recording studio to turnkey events. The block turns bone-coloured, and the row under the cursor goes black with a red price. Below it is «свои» (our own): where artists, venues and partners get in touch.

The site's form asks for the request type: partnership, artist, venue or barter. The request goes not to an inbox but to the team's Telegram chat — through the same bot.

A ticket without leaving Telegram
The site's «tickets» button leads to @staktusabot, and inside the bot is an app: event listings with ticket tiers and an e-ticket with a QR code that arrives in the chat and stays under «tickets». With a payment token the bot sends an invoice right in Telegram; without one, the same button takes bookings paid at the door.

The bot's code can check a ticket by its code, but there is no scanner screen in the source yet. Here you can run the check by hand: tap a bought ticket's code, then tap it again.

The bot
Support and media in one bot
@staktusabot is more than tickets. A guest writes to the bot, the bot copies the message into the operators' chat, and the operator's reply goes back to the guest. Artists send promo, tracks and riders, the team drops afterparty media from an event, and it shows up for artists under «media».

Events and photos without a developer
The panel at /admin follows the site section by section: home, events, photos, services. A poster is uploaded as an image, the date and line-up are typed as text, the «next drop» line on the first screen is one field — and the site updates.
